Delete your BeezGuard account

You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. You don't need to have the app installed to do this.

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open BeezGuard and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2: Request deletion here

If you no longer have the app, fill in the form on this page or email privacy@beezguard.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We'll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email address and sign-in details)
Photos and videos you uploaded, and their detection results
Your hive records, inspection history and app settings

What we may keep, and for how long

Records we're legally required to keep, such as purchase receipts, for as long as the law requires (usually up to 7 years).
Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports that can't be linked back to you.
Encrypted backups, which are overwritten within 90 days.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can delete individual photos, videos and detection results in the app at any time. To have all of your uploaded media deleted but keep your account, choose “My data only (keep my account)” in the form.

Request deletion

This opens your email app with the request ready to send.
